When managing deliveries through FIRST, you may need to contact DoorDash directly about a specific delivery status. This guide helps you reach DoorDash support effectively. 

The DoorDash Driver can be contacted by the Merchant (pickup location phone number) or by the end-user.  

To contact DoorDash directly, please follow the following steps:

Call DoorDash Merchant Support - (855) 222-8111

                 b. The DSP ID can be found in the merchant app, when you click on an          order - see screenshot below:

If any changes were made to the delivery during your call, check the delivery status in FIRST to ensure it reflects the most current information.

Contact DoorDash Drive about a Delivery

When managing deliveries through FIRST, you may need to contact Uber directly about a specific delivery status. This guide helps you reach Uber support effectively. 

The Uber Driver can be contacted by the Merchant (pickup location phone number) or by the end-user.  

To contact Uber Direct, please follow the following steps: 

When calling Uber Direct support, please be ready to provider the 5-character order ID 

  The Order ID can be found on the "Orders Table"                                         and in the last column. 

Contact Uber Direct about a Delivery

When managing deliveries through FIRST, you may need to contact Relay directly about a specific delivery status. This guide helps you reach Relay support effectively. 

Most delivery questions can be answered in the FIRST portal, so only contact FIRST for information unavailable through FIRST or when direct intervention is needed.

To reach out to Relay directly, please follow the following steps:

The Ally Driver can be contacted by the Merchant (pickup location phone number) or by the end-user.

To contact Ally Support, please follow the following steps: 

When calling Ally support, please be ready to provider the 7-digit order ID.

The Order ID can be found on the "Orders Table"                                         and in the last column. 

It can also be found in the order details, when hovering on "Delivery Fleet: Ally."

The Motoclick Driver can be contacted by the Merchant (pickup location phone number) or by the end-user.

To contact Motoclick Support, please follow the following steps: 

Motoclick has a chat bot and a WhatsApp widget on 

When chatting with Motoclick, please be ready to provider the 7-digit order ID.

It can also be found in order details, when hovering on "Delivery Fleet: Motoclick."
