Contact Dlivrd about a Delivery

When managing deliveries through FIRST, you may need to contact Dlivrd directly about a specific delivery status. This guide helps you reach Dlivrd support effectively.
To contact the driver directly:
The Dlivrd Driver can be contacted by the Merchant (pickup location phone number) or by the end-user.
To contact Dlivrd, please follow the following steps:
- You can call or text Dlivrd support at 1-844-515-2932.
- When calling Dlivrd support, please be ready to provider the 10-character order ID .
- For Merchant App: The Order ID can be found by clicking on any given order, see screenshot below:
b. For Web Dashboard: The Order ID can be found on the "Orders Table" and in the last column.
It can also be found under Runner Info in order details
If any changes were made to the delivery during your call, check the delivery status in FIRST to ensure it reflects the most current information.
