When managing deliveries through FIRST, you may need to contact DoorDash directly about a specific delivery status. This guide helps you reach DoorDash support effectively.
To contact the driver directly:
The DoorDash Driver can be contacted by the Merchant (pickup location phone number) or by the end-user.
To contact DoorDash directly, please follow the following steps:
- Call DoorDash Merchant Support - (855) 222-8111
- Be ready to provide the DSP ID.
- The DSP ID can be found in the web dashboard, when clicking on an order - see screenshot below:

If any changes were made to the delivery during your call, check the delivery status in FIRST to ensure it reflects the most current information.
