Manually Request a Delivery

You may need to manually input a delivery request if:
- there is an issue with the ordering service
- there is an issue with the integration
- you take an order over the phone
Steps to take in the merchant app:
- Hit the + button in the top right corner.
- Enter the customer's phone number.
- Hit NEXT.
- Enter the customer's address and select the correct option from the autofill response.
- Hit NEXT.
- Enter the customer's FIRST & LAST name and any special instructions about delivering the order.
- Hit NEXT.
- Select delivery type. For Scheduled and Catering, you will need to select the date and time.
- Select payment method. For Online, you need to enter a tip value, even if it's 0.
- Select the prep time for this order.
- Hit NEXT.
- Verify that all the information is correct.
- Hit SUBMIT.
The order is now in your active order list. Take these steps to assign it to a driver:
- Hit the green ASSIGN button on the right end of the order.
- Select either an internal driver or an external fleet from the list.
- Hit the green ASSIGN button on the bottom of the list.
