Manually Request a Delivery

You may need to manually input a delivery request if:

  • there is an issue with the ordering service
  • there is an issue with the integration
  • you take an order over the phone

Steps to take in the merchant app:

  1. Hit the + button in the top right corner.
  2. Enter the customer's phone number.
  3. Hit NEXT.
  4. Enter the customer's address and select the correct option from the autofill response.
  5. Hit NEXT.
  6. Enter the customer's FIRST & LAST name and any special instructions about delivering the order.
  7. Hit NEXT.
  8. Select delivery type. For Scheduled and Catering, you will need to select the date and time.
  9. Select payment method. For Online, you need to enter a tip value, even if it's 0.
  10. Select the prep time for this order.
  11. Hit NEXT.
  12. Verify that all the information is correct.
  13. Hit SUBMIT.

The order is now in your active order list. Take these steps to assign it to a driver:

  1. Hit the green ASSIGN button on the right end of the order.
  2. Select either an internal driver or an external fleet from the list.
  3. Hit the green ASSIGN button on the bottom of the list.
