Driver Profile Overview

Each driver has their own profile. In their profile there are various sections (Details, Orders, Blocks, Payouts, etc)

The primary section to understand is their "Details" section. In here there are various settings, which will "override" the territory settings established for drivers.

Key Settings to Consider:

Pin Code - In this section you will see their Pin Code - this is what drivers will use to log-into their app. You can reset their pin here.

Self-Assign Orders - this gives drivers the ability to self-assign orders. If you only want to give "some" drivers this ability, this is where you will enable it per driver.

Show Tips, Show Commissions - this gives you the ability to show these fields to the drivers on their History page.

Self Assign Max - you may want to give certain drivers the ability to claim more or fewer orders on their own, this is where you can tweak this field.

Self Assign Minimum Distance From Pickup - you may want to give some drivers the ability to claim orders when they are farther from the pickup location. We recommend 2000 feet.
