Mass Creating Blocks is a great way to save time, and ensure you have the right amount of staffing on a per hour basis. 

First, understand your deliveries per hour, and how many drivers you need to match that demand (deliveries per hour report here). 

Next, create your labor matrix, or a spreadsheet that informs how many drivers you need per hour. 

Copy that data from excel or google sheets

Select the desired week you want to create blocks for

Paste the data into the "territory" matrix

Choose your "Min length" and "Max length", or how long a block/shift can be

Done! within 60 seconds you will see blocks populate at
