How Billing Works - Primer

Last updated August 24, 2025

  1. First centralizes billing to one invoice across the various Delivery Providers – rather than having a separate invoice from each Provider (i.e. DoorDash Drive, Uber Direct, Dlivrd, etc)
  2. Each week you will receive a weekly invoice you receive that covers all of the delivery fees + tips. FIRST collects these fees, and pays the delivery providers on your behalf.
  1. You will receive it every Monday, and it will be from the previous Monday-Sunday
  2. Your account will be charged 2 days later, via ACH.
  3. Each invoice is broken down as follows:
  1. DSP Fees - Delivery Fees paid to external delivery providers
  1. DSP Tips - Tips paid to external delivery providers
  1. (If applicable) – Cash Orders - Invoice credit/debit applied for external DSP orders paid for in cash.
  1. The monthly invoice you receive for software fees includes the following fees:
  1. You will receive each invoice for the month which will include a monthly software subscription fee + software fees based on the previous month’s delivery volume.  Each invoice will be broken down as follows
  1. Dispatch Fees - Software usage fees (i.e. current month minimums, previous month volume overages, per order dispatch fees)
  1. Network Fees - Fees for third-party DSP network usage
