    Using the Search Bar

    The search bar is a key function within the web dashboard. Currently the search function is only build to support searching for deliveries. In the future we plan to expand this to search for different information and setting across the FIRST platform.

    You can also use the search bar in the top menu on any page. You can use and of the following fields to find the order you are looking for:

    1. customer name
    2. customer phone
    3. customer address
    4. merchant
    5. delivery service
    6. order number
    7. DSP ID

    There are also search bars throughout the platform on every key table view. These include the following tables:

    • Dispatch Home - in Table View dispatch, you can use the search bar to quickly pull up an order from any territory. Search by:
    • customer name
    • customer phone
    • customer address
    • merchant
    • delivery service
    • order number
    • DSP ID
    • Merchants - on the merchants page you can use the search bar to find the merchant profile you seek
    • Merchant Profile - on a given merchant profile, you can click on "orders" and search using the same fields as on the "Dispatch Home" search bar.
    • Fleet - on the fleet bage you can use the search bar to find the internal driver profile you sse.
