Version 2025.05 – May Release

In May, we focused on major app updates across the Merchant App, Driver App, and Admin/Dispatch App, plus big wins on integrations and delivery operations.

🚀 Integrations

  • Toast Integration – It’s Live! After 3 years, our Toast integration is officially live with multiple restaurants running smoothly. Huge thanks to our customers who pushed for API access — we couldn’t have done it without you.
  • Dedicated “Shifted” 1099 Drivers – Out of Beta Local delivery regulations are tightening in cities like NYC, Chicago, and LA. In response, we’ve partnered with Dlivrd to launch dedicated drivers.
  • Cost: $5.50 per delivery
  • Requirements: 200+ deliveries/week with an average $4+ tip

🍴 Restaurant App

  • Map View Released! Stores can now track active drivers, diner ETAs, and visually assign deliveries for in-store dispatchers.
  • App Update Available Download the latest version now in the  App Store .

🚗 Driver App

  • Bug Fix: Resolved disappearing order issue — drivers can now view and complete orders without interruption.
  • Coming Next Week:
  • Optional Steps: Remove “On My Way” and “Arrived at Pickup” if not needed.
  • Order History Upgrade: Drivers will see full order history, including service fees, tips, and hourly pay. 👉 Need help setting it up? Email  support@firstdelivery.com .

🖥️ Admin/Dispatch App

  • Global Merchant & Fleet Views – Admins can now view all merchants and drivers across territories.
  • Settings & Parameters Refactor – Easier customization for merchant- and driver-level needs.
