How to Personalizing Time Format in FIRST Web Dashboard:

Go to user settings from top right corner - click on your initials 

Toggle on "Use active territory timezone for order and shift time values"

Depending on your business, you may want to enable sound notifications. Currently we support notifications for when 1.) orders are created 2.) an internal driver sends a message. Overtime we plan to build out more advanced notifications. 

On the top right corner of your web dashboard you will see an initials for your user profile. 

Click on the initials, to open up a mini menu

Click on Notifications, and toggle them on/off.

Enabling / Disabling sound notifications

You can choose which one is your default in your user settings > Display

Card colors will change based on timeliness of order. 

Gray = order has not been assigned to a driver for 10 minutes

Yellow = order has 10 minutes until the next step is due

Red = order is past due time of current step
