- Contact DoorDash
- Contact your DoorDash rep or merchant support 855-973-1040 to verify they received your completed form
- Transition Timeline
- Requests submitted by Thursday will be switched the following Monday after the tablet has been received (if needed)
Uber

- If you don't have an Uber account sign up here .
- If you're already on Marketplace and want to switch to Self-Delivery, follow below instructions
- Contact Uber
- Contact your Uber rep or call support: 1-833-275-3287 and tell them you want to transition from marketplace to self-delivery
