Share this link with your drivers so they can get an overview of how the first delivery app works

The "FIRST Delivery" driver app can be found in the Google Play (for Android devices) and App Store (for Apple devices). 

Download the FIRST Delivery App it will ask you to type in your phone number to login. 

Check your text messages for a 6-digit pin-code to sign in

Note: If you ever get logged out you can always request another pin.

Go to the runner’s profile and look at the Pin Code field. 

Note: Each time your driver attempts to log in, the Pin Code will be reset

Under the section labeled, "ALLOW FIRST DELIVERY TO ACCESS" click location

Note: FIRST Delivery will only track location when drivers are either "on a block" or when drivers "go online"
