If you are running your own internal delivery fleet, this is arguably the most valuable report in FIRST. This report will tell you what your Orders / Hour in a given territory. Leveraging this report enables you to "staff smarter", so that your drivers are highly utilized.

How to download this report:

  1. Navigate to the Metrics tab in the menu side-nave (link  here )

  1. Click on "Territory Metrics"

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page

  1. On the dashboard labeled "Orders per Hour per Territory - past 4 weeks", click on the 3 little dots, and download results
